SOPHONIE OMELER-FENAUD
Project Assistant

Sophonie brings 5 years of experience in managing data and facilitating communication. She is driven by her desire to see her daughter grow up in a world where all have access to the knowledge and resources they need.

It is this history that motivates her to connect with communities, to help understand needs, and help translate data into practical solutions for community members. This also fueled her interest in using data to uncover and understand health disparities, with hopes of helping uplift those communities that are most in need. Sophonie loves having the opportunity to work in a field where equity, justice, and health disparity intersect.

Their previous experience includes genetic research, community-based research, data analysis and visualization, and culturally responsive and equitable evaluation.

What they love most about their role/work being able to work with clients of various backgrounds working on different kinds of projects.

When not working, you can find them crafting, biking, or at a sunny beach.
