As a planner and strategist, with expertise in financial reporting, data analytics, and project management, Cari is dedicated to producing quality deliverables in a timely manner within budget. Her commitment extends to operationalizing and evaluating DEIB targets and metrics to increase equity.

Cari is driven by her desire to be an expert in organizational change management with a concentration on developing equitable practices and procedures.

Her previous experience includes operations analysis, financial strategy, and project management in various industries including financial services and management consulting.

Cari loves working with high-performing teams that care about their global social impact. Working with d2i gives her the opportunity to do amazing work and be socially responsible as well!

When not working, you can find her at the kickball field or at a new restaurant with family or friends.
