Piper T. Grandjean Targos is a doctoral student in Evaluation & Applied Research Methods at Claremont Graduate University. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming and her master’s degree from CGU in Psychology, with an emphasis on research methods and data analysis. She has worked as both an internal and external evaluator, helping non-profits achieve their social impact goals. Piper enjoys using a complex-system approach to understanding social problems, promoting equity and inclusion in community change initiatives. When she isn’t working with organizations to build their capacity to engage in effective evaluations, she loves spending time outdoors with her husband and two dogs.
