Robin Lin Miller, Professor at Michigan State University, where she directs doctoral training in Community Psychology and is also Associate Director of the Masters’ Degree and Certificate in Program Evaluation. In this article, Ms. Miller writes about an evaluation that she conducted of a multi-country human rights advocacy initiative to challenge barriers faced by gay and bisexual men and transgender women to accessing HIV services in the global south; specifically, impediments due to stigma, discrimination, and violence.
