12 Nov #WorldKindnessDay

Did you know…that researchers have found there is a positive feedback loop between happiness and kindness?  Undertaking acts of kindness makes one happy, and people who are happy tend to be kinder to others!

World Kindness Day is observed around the world on November 13. It was introduced in 1998 by the World Kindness Movement, a coalition of kindness NGOs. This date is observed in many countries, including in Australia where the Minister of School Education placed World Kindness Day on the National School Calendar. The purpose of World Kindness Day is to highlight good deeds in the community, focusing on the positive power and the common thread of kindness that binds us. (source)
