Diana M. Grusczynski has 20 years’ experience in international development and finance. Grusczynski has managed cross-functional strategy and evaluation teams across three continents. She supports her clients by using qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze public and client data to assess program performance and inform decision-making. She has honed her skills through work in the private sector, government, and private foundations. She focuses on the building and understanding of the enabling environment in which programs operate to identify the incentives and constraints faced by stakeholders. Grusczynski holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and completed her Master of Science in Natural Resource Economics at the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia. She is a native English and Spanish speaker, fluent in Portuguese, and speaks intermediate French.
